Day 44, 6/12: Traveled up Tracy Arm to Sawyer South and Sawyer North today. On the way up we enjoyed several waterfalls while dodging small and medium ice bergs. There was a fair amount of traffic including a 900’ Carnival Cruise ship, National Geographic ship, and a few 60’ tour boats. We weren’t able to get to the face of Sawyer South due to the ice flows but we were able to get all the way up to Sawyer North. Sawyer North had not been caving at all. On the way back to our anchorage we saw a whale but it was shy. Great day overall.

Late Breaking News: Two Brown Bears spotted in the anchorage. Pictures next time.
